Exterior Design
This SUV can turn heads anywhere, whether locally around Huntington, West Virginia, or somewhere more adventurous. You'll notice its stunning wheel designs, stylish front grille, and LED headlights. Those LED headlights can adjust their brightness level as you travel over uneven roads and trails, allowing them to do their job more effectively. Instead of having LED lights that can change their brightness, higher Mazda CX-5 trim levels have LED lights that turn on as you turn; this feature helps significantly when you're on dark, curvy roads. The Mazda CX-5 is also available with LED daytime running lights and LED combination taillights. Its wipers will automatically turn on when they sense rain and turn off when they're no longer needed. Other exterior details that enhance this model's style include dual exhaust outlets and a roof spoiler. Also, you'll appreciate the power liftgate when loading or unloading cargo.
Interior Design
The Mazda CX-5 offers plenty of space in its cabin. You'll be comfortable in the first row, and people in the back will have almost 40 inches of legroom. Keep your cargo packed in the back, out of the way. Cargo volume measures 30 cubic feet when the rear seats are upright, increasing to about 59 cubic feet when the rear seats have been folded down. Of the eight trim levels we carry on our lot, only one comes with leatherette seating. The entry-level trim has this type of upholstery, which looks quite nice, and it comes standard with a power-adjustable driver's seat and heated front seats. All the other trims have been upgraded with premium leather upholstery. Options include either red or black leather or a choice of Caturra Brown Nappa leather. In some higher trims, you'll find heated rear seats, heated steering wheels, and memory systems incorporated into the driver's seats. In addition, a few of the trim levels can keep you comfortable throughout the year with their heated and ventilated front seats.
PERFORMANCE
Every Mazda CX-5 is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter engine. However, there are two types of 2.5-liter engines to consider; one is turbocharged for enhanced performance. The first is the standard powertrain that can pump out 187 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque. The other option has been enhanced with a turbocharger. A turbocharged 2.5-liter engine can give this SUV up to 256 horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque. The Mazda CX-5 is only available with all-wheel drive, so it can handle many conditions when driving around Nitro, West Virginia. Plus, it's available with Off-Road mode if you head into unpaved terrain.

Because it's been built with many monitoring and safety systems, the Mazda CX-5 will notify you of dangerous situations. For example, if you're about to hit the vehicle in front of you or if there's a car in your blind spot, you'll receive a warning.
